Lipsyy Lost and Found did a terrific write up with a title I absolutely love: Chastity and Chainmail.

Ian Wood's Novellum is another site that enjoyed the book. You may want to be careful with this review. He critiques writing (and took me to task over some choices!) and is pretty liberal with details from the book. There is a spoiler alert on this Daughter of Camelot review
Just this Teenager posted a DoC review we think is great.

Any one brave enough to tackle such a well-known legend deserves applauded but
Cooney deserves special acclaim for this novel that bolsters and adds to the
already glorious fable. Also as it doesn't directly follow King Arthur but
instead some-one in his various courts it doesn't feel too familiar.
